• Cannot download worksheets?

  Firstly, please make sure that you are signed in to Primary Leap. If your download or print does not start it might mean that you have reached your monthly download limit. If this is the case you will see a notification above the worksheet.

  If you are still experiencing difficulties and you have not reached your monthly download limit please make sure that you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. This program is needed to download our resources and is absolutely free. Learn More

• Cannot open worksheets?

  If you are having problems viewing our worksheets please make sure that you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. This program is needed to view and print our resources and is absolutely free. Click Here to install Adobe Reader.

• Not receiving your new password?

  If you have not received a new password after clicking 'Forgot your password' please send an e-mail to contact@primaryleapfrog.com

• Not receiving emails from us?

  If you havn't received a reply from us within 24 - 48 hours you may have a problem with your e-mail account. Please check your mail storage. If old emails are not completely deleted it could mean that additional emails are being blocked. Also check your Junk Mail folder. If our email is in your junk mail folder please add Primary Leap to your safe sender list.
