Counting in powers of ten just means adding in tens from any number of your choice.

For example, if we start with the number 23, counting in tens would look like this:

23,  33,  43,  53,  63,  73 and so on.

If we start with a different number, let’s say 15, it would look like this:

15,  25,  35,  45,  55,  65,  75,  85,  95,  105
