Subtraction to 10
A hungry rabbit has sneaked into the garden!
Can you count how many vegetables he has eaten?
There were 10 carrots and the rabbit ate 5.
If we take 5 away from 10, we are left with 5.
10 - 5 = 5
There were 5 pumpkins and the rabbit ate 4.
If we take 4 away from 5, we are left with 1.
5 - 4 = 1
