What are rhyming words?

Rhyming words are two or more words that have the same or similar ending sound. 

Let’s take a look at some examples of rhyming words:

Goat, coat, boat

Ball, tall, fall

Cat, hat, bat

Sun, run, fun  

Use your ears to listen as you say the words. This will help you figure out if the words rhyme. If they sound the same or similar, they rhyme!
